LAST CHRISTMAS BY KIM HELLMAN

This Christmas will be different. We are celebrating the last season at Gustav Wasa. We have crafted a five-course Last Christmas menu that will be served starting from November 14.


Very personal flavors on the plate. Two of my most important points have been brought into focus from my own philosophy: consistency and temperature. The result is surprising - such Christmas food you won't find anywhere else!


The menu is also personal in the way that it tells about my different steps in my career in Finland, Sweden, England, and Gustav Wasa. Each era has given a lot, and now it's time to bring them together for the final act.


We are sold out for Fridays and Saturdays, but there are still places available during the week. Additionally, we will serve the Last Christmas menu as a table-served Christmas lunch starting from December 7.
