An unforgettable tasting experience!

The GW7 Tasting Menu is a seven cource dinner that tickles your taste buds. Our philosophy emphasises clean, fresh and preferablylocally produced ingredients. The menu changes continuously, as the menu is set each day following the seasons and raw material. This way we are always able to offer you the most exciting dining experience.

Burbot roe burbot liver chili butter
Whitefish dill-cucumber emulsion
Goose root vegetable chips beer sauce
Reindeer filet sweetbread consommé
Cheese
Lemon ice cream chocolate cloudberry ice cream

We also offer selected wines to go with the menu (six glasses). When a course demans it, one of the classes can be exhanged for another drink, such as dark beer or a glass of sherry. The wines change with the menu and enhances the culinary experience.
